VegasChatter's 2011 Pool Scene Guide: Topless
First rule of topless sunbathing? Don't take picture of topless sunbathers or you will surely be thrown out. Now here's where you can achieve the perfect suntan without those pesky tan lines.
MOOREA at Mandalay Bay
You've no doubt seen the ads around town proclaiming this club within the Mandalay Bay Beach complex as "toptional" once again (last year, they made everyone stay covered up.) But judging from this recent Yelp review, you may not want to let your top down. Cover charge for women is $30 on Saturdays and $50 for men.
VENUS at Caesars Palace
The adults-only pool is hidden somewhat from the rest of the Garden of the Gods pool area by tall shrubbery and absolutely no photos can be taken while inside. Unless Kendra Wilkinson is there. Cover charge is $20 for females on the weekends and $30 for men.
TAO BEACH at The Venetian
When things are much calmer during the week (Monday-Thursdays), guests can kick back and loosen their bikini strings poolside at Tao Beach. Best of all there's no cover during the week.
WYNN LAS VEGAS and ENCORE LAS VEGAS
Both Wynn and Encore boasts European-style pools for their hotel guests. (This is separate from the Encore Beach Club). The Encore topless, er, European pool has a bar in the center of it (upper left of photo above) while the Wynn's has blackjack tables. That's one way to bluff the dealer!

VOO POOL at The Rio Las Vegas
The Sapphire Pool is long gone but the Rio has brought some of the sexy back with its Voo Pool at VooDoo beach. Billed as "European-style pool" (which is code for topless here in Vegas), ladies over 21 get in free every Thursday-Sunday from 11am to 7pm while men will have to cough up $20.
NAKED at The Artisan
In a stroke of marketing genius, the topless pool here is called Naked but really, people only go topless on Topless Tuesdays. Women get in free and can quaff $3 champagne on Tuesdays while men will have to pay (cover charge varies.)
