The Palazzo
This Center-Strip casino made news when it opened Lagasse’s Stadium in 2009; a new kind of sports book with a stage and upscale (Lagasse, as in famous chef, Emeril Lagasse) bar food. Then it made news again with the launch of PocketCasino mobile betting devices from Cantor Gaming.

With these tools, bettors can wager on sports from just about anywhere in the casino, and can bet on particular games while the games are actually going on. The Palazzo and its sister property, Venetian, are the only two books on the Strip to offer this technology (so far).
