Gold Coast

Craps can be one of the most intimidating games for newbies, so they are the most popular lessons offered. The Gold Coast is located a few blocks west of the Strip, across from the Palms on Flamingo Road. Lessons are offered Friday through Sunday at 11:30 a.m.

Venetian/Palazzo

These sister properties on the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Sands Avenue offer craps lessons in their craps pits at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., as well as blackjack lessons (in the blackjack pit) at 12:15 p.m. and – for those who want to give the game with the lowest player odds a whirl – roulette lessons at noon.

Wannabe players can sample the Strip’s largest gaming curriculum here, including rare tutorials for mini baccarat.
