Serendipity 3 Opening at Caesars Next Week

Strolling along the Strip the other day, we saw workers in front of Caesars Palace putting the finishing touches on Serendipity 3, the Las Vegas outpost of the celeb-fave restaurant/ice-cream joint in New York.

The shop is set to open on April 6th in an ultra-convenient location along Las Vegas Boulevard. Meaning you don't have to walk into the bowels of Caesars to find it.

And while we haven't been able to get our hands on a menu yet, we have been drooling over the Serendipity 3 menu in New York which serves all sorts of yummy lunch and dinner selections (aside from burgers and sandwiches, the French toasted challah crepe and the Lemon Sole stood out for us.)

The NYC menu also includes the Golden Opulence Sundae which is a whopping $1,000.00 and requires reservations 48 hours in advance. We can only wonder what they might put on the Serendipity 3 LV menu for high rollers who want to spend their winnings on...er...ice cream? Hmmm...they better cut down that reservations time by at least 40 hours. You wouldn't want someone with suddenly flush pockets taking their ice cream jones elsewhere.
