Where To Watch The High Rollers Without Rolling Yourself

Usually we steer clear of the high limit lounges because...well, duh...we don't have the funds. And if we ever did, we still don't know if we could handle the possibility of losing $50,000 right quick. But at The Mirage there's a high limit lounge we wouldn't mind stepping into.

Located next to the Beatles Revolution lounge and the Baccarat Lounge is, for lack of a better name, The High Limit Lounge. Beyond the Dale Chihuly in front and beyond the serious-looking dealers manning the blackjack tables, there's a bar and lounge area that's open to anyone. That's right. You don't have to be plunking down stacks of chips to drink here. You can however, indulge in a little $5 video poker at the bar if you're feeling lucky.

The small lounge area is serviced by a dedicated cocktail waitress, allowing you some respite from the madness of the casino floor. Or depending on what you're into, giving you up close and personal viewing of the whales.

As for us, we're simple people. We'll go here to drink and toy with the idea of $5 video poker before taking advantage of the private restrooms. Oh yeah, baby. We're classy like that.
