Stalking 'Top Chef Las Vegas': Will Thomas Keller's Bouchon Make an Appearance?

Like we said earlier this week, filming for Top Chef Las Vegas may have ended up but the rumors are still swirling around. Per today's Page Six about the show's wrap party at Blush at The Wynn:
Our tipster also saw Thomas Keller at the bash, hinting that we should expect to see the famed French Laundry and Per Se chef as a guest judge in upcoming episodes.
Thomas Keller is also the chef behind Bouchon, a French brasserie, inside The Venetian's Venezia tower. And with most guest judges on Top Chef, their restaurants often make an appearance on the show as well. So we're thinking Bouchon has a pretty good shot.
We've hit up this spot frequently for a hungover brunch on Saturdays and Sundays and our go-to dish is the Croque Madame--toasted ham and cheese on brioche with a fried egg and mornay sauce. Oh and don't forget about the pommes frites.
Coincidentally, Thomas Keller himself will be doing an in-restaurant book signing on Tuesday, June 16, 2009. There will be a Q&A session at 6pm followed by the signing at 6:15pm. Maybe some of you can probe him about his Top Chef guest judge appearance?
Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 2pm.
