The story via Airline Reporter goes something like:

Southwest Airlines flight 943 left from Oakland and was heading towards Las Vegas when a male passenger exposed himself to a female passenger. That wasn’t enough for him so he decided to hit another female passenger. This was enough for the people aboard and he was restrained.

Meanwhile, Local news station KTNV decided that the guy just laid down naked, in the middle of the galley:

Multiple sources tell action news two passengers got into a fight on a Las Vegas bound passenger flight from Oakland. One of the passengers reportedly stripped naked and laid down in the galley. That person was arrested in Oakland. The delayed flight then continued onto Las Vegas and St. Louis.

And that was on Southwest, who, despite having a talented staff, aren't exactly known for the ambiance of their flights. One can only imagine this situation being far worse on a Virgin America flight, who emphasize their flights' mood lighting as a major selling point. Message to airlines: give us more legroom, and we wouldn't try to get more comfortable.
