We give him Ten out of Ten. Bros fans will get it.

Wow. WOW. We are just coming down from the high that Matt Goss kindly left us with when he performed in the garden at Caesars this morning. What’s that noise? A mixture of our ears still ringing, and the Bros megamix on our iPod. What’s that smell? Um, that’d be us in a couple of days, seeing as we’ve taken a vow of no washing since the Gossmeister touched us. Twice. Oh yes.

As we said on Monday (told you!), now that Matt’s stint at the Palms is over, Caesars have snapped him up. From March 12, he’ll be performing every Friday and Saturday at the new Gossy Room - formerly known as Cleopatra’s Barge. That’s right. He’s so good, they’re renaming the room and refurbing it to make it “a little less Egyptian, a little more retro” as Gary Selesner, Caesars President, told us at the press conference this morning.

So yeah. Matt Goss is following in the footsteps of Judy Garland, Cher, Jerry Seinfeld and Bette Midler by becoming a Caesars headliner. Eat that, Bros haters.

He’s going to be performing there “indefinitely”, but seeing as it’s only on the weekend, that leaves him with five nights a week spare. And what’s he going to do with that spare time? Why, he’s going to take his show on the road. Specifically, he wants to get it to the Royal Albert Hall in London. Which, as bona fide Londoners, we can say, hand on heart, would be awesome.

Here he is singing Feeling Good which we thought was appropriate, with all the new dawn, new day stuff. Sorry for the shaky camerawork – we were all trembly with excitement trying to take photos at the same time.

Bros fans might just like to know that we took the chance to quiz him about the reunion that his bro Luke was talking about at Christmas, and he said there’s nothing he’d like more. Hopefully he won’t be bleaching his hair for it this time, though.

So yeah, 2010 is going to be a busy year for Matt, and in tribute, we at VegasChatter are officially renaming it The Year Of The Goss. See you March 12.

Want more Goss? We have more video. More pictures, too - 272 more, to be precise. We even have more goss on the Goss. If you want it, let us know below!

    Where is Goss Feb. 19-21?

I want to see Goss when I'm in town, unfortunately I will be there before he arrives at Caesar's in March!

How do I figure out if he'll be anwhere else in Vegas the weekend of February 19th when I'm in town?

    Awesome!

You crack me up!  I'm so glad to hear you are feeling the love for "The Gossmeister" these days!  Your articles this week have cracked me up!  I saw the Palms show 22 times and will be there to cheer Matt on when he opens at Caesar's!  If that RAH show comes off, I hope to be there too and if the Bros reunion happens, I will do whatever it takes to get there and FINALLY see a real bona fide Bros concert! (Bros opening for Debbie Gibson @ The Forum in LA in 1989 only counts as 1/2 a show!)  See you in March!
