It’s called the Spring Rate Spectacular, and runs until the last week of April. They refer to it as $25pp, but it’s not - we tried booking a room for one person, and it charged us $50 all the same.
However, as long as there are two of you, this is a rather grand deal. As you can see from the availability calendar here, there are plenty of dates left, including one sacred weekend spot – this Friday. There were several more of these when we checked it out yesterday, though, so if you want to take advantage of the offer, we suggest you book it quick, especially because Travelzoo have also flagged it up this morning.
And yes, we know we haven’t always been the biggest fans of the Rio, but this is a bloody good offer so we're prepared to overlook the dodge carpet. Especially seeing as this Friday is also the opening night of Goss. Did someone say drinkytime?
