Awww yeeaaah. Nothing gets us Vegas geeks more excited than a sneak peek and that is just what we have today for the upcoming The Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino opening in Las Vegas on December 15th. Check out these condo-style room shots! We're loving the residential style here (some rooms will feature terraces) and that peekaboo bathroom looks positively naughty.

The Cosmopolitan also launched a full website today with even more information on the resort's guest rooms, the casino, its three pools, the Sahra spa and the resort's eagerly anticipated "restaurant collection." We've posted before on the restaurant announcements but we are extremely excited for one of our fave NYC sushi joints, Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill to open at the Cosmo.

We'll have loads more on the Cosmo tomorrow but for now, don't make any plans for New Year's Eve. That's when The Cosmopolitan will have its grand opening party!

What do you think of the Cosmopolitan rooms--hot or not? Let us know in comments below

Thanks to Katalyst for hooking it up!

not bad....

there is a bunch of mirrors across from the beds, but other than that I could see myself paying 150.00 per night for somthing like that (but a king please). But, I know i would pay more if i had too.

i'm kind of with you on the mirrors but then at least it makes the room bright. and i too would DEFINITELY splash on it, looks yummy. roll on 2011 (i never thought i'd say that)

I like it

The mirrors are a little odd but overall I like look of the room.  And with the restaurants that are coming I am seriously more excited about the opening of this than I ever was CityCenter.  Can't wait to check it all out.

Looks Awesome!

I visited their website earlier today and saw some of the rooms and it looks fabulous!  Ive kinda set my eye on the TERRACE ONE BEDROOM - PREMIUM VIEW but will probably end up in the studio lol  Not so sure about the peekaboo showers.  I kinda like my privacy when I'm doing that.  I just hope the prices come down to something I can afford so I have a chance to check it out!

really...not bad at all.....

I just went to the website and the hotel opens on my birthday. Too bad I would not be able to make it back to Vegas until mid Jan, but the basic room was $155.00 which was my guess earlier. That wraparound room would be the "shiz" but at 360.00 per night...if I have the money for 3 nights...I cant see paying over a thousand bucks for a hotel stay..I know its Vegas and all but still.

you could try playing the "it's my birthday as well as yours so it must be fate that you give me an upgrade" card?

Not sure I'm into looking at the toilet from my bed.  Certain things need to be off limits.  I'll let others test this place first.

re: Nope

What if it was advertised as a security feature? I'd often like to know if anyone was hiding in the toilet when I come back to my room.

Seriously, it'll be interesting to see in person if that's really the view or just picture trickery.

Re: A Sneak Peek at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas

The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas was indeed the only luxury hotel to be opened on the strip last year. The property is located on the west side of the Las Vegas strip, beside the Bellagio. This luxury hotel residence is made up of two towers that contain approximately 2995 spaces. The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas is a 3.9 billion dollar project that originated in Oct of 2005 where it was designed in the parking area at the Jockey Club. The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas parking facility offers valet vehicle parking complementary as soon as you get there along with bellmen which meet you upon your entrance.

Nice Efforts

I have been following all your articles from a very long time now. I guess I have learnt enough and read or studied enough to start my own blog spot. Is it easy or it is very difficult? How did you approach to such blogs and how has been the initial response? I am very eager to do it... please tell me...
