The Cosmopolitan Adds Holstein's Burger Joint To Its Restaurant Porn

But will they deliver burgers on top of the marquee? That is the real question.
With so many awesome restaurant brand and big chef names opening at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas we're starting to forget that this will be a place where you can sleep and gamble as well.
The latest restaurant to join the already stacked roster is Holstein's, which is described as a new burger joint concept from local restaurateurs Billy Richardson, Kyle Madden and Chef Anthony Meidenbauer from across the street at Planet Hollywood. Burger joints are a dime a dozen in this town so Holstein's will have to try its hardest to stand out from the rest.
Here's what they are planning:
The menu will feature specialty burgers, house-made sausage, riffs on traditional American snacks and appetizers, as well as a wide variety of shakes and sides. All items including toppings, buns and condiments will be custom crafted in-house according to tried-and-true recipes created by Chef Anthony Meidenbauer. The beverage program will feature an array of artisan and hand-crafted beers.
It sounds great (after all who doesn't salivate at the mention of house-made sausage and shakes) but so far, we don't see anything too outrageous here. There's certainly nothing as erotic as cheesy batter.
Given that Holstein's won't open until December 15, that should give them plenty of time to come up with a plan to twork our tastebuds a little better.
