Pure is No Longer Pure But is Now an Angel

There was a rather big shake-up in the Vegas nightlife scene today as it was announced that Angel Management Group has taken over Pure Entertainment Group and all their subsequent properties.

AMG already has a presence in Vegas running Studio54, Wet Republic and the controversial Rehab at the Hard Rock but now they will be in charge of some of the city's hottest clubs like JET and Pure to restaurants like Social House and um, Dick's Last Resort at the Excalibur.

Details on the merger aren't quite clear but we assume that all Pure properties will now go by the Angel name effectively immediately. While PMG's website is still functioning, Angel Management Group is already featuring all of the Pure spots on their own website. Word from the LV Sun is that Angel plans to open up new venues in Vegas in 2011. Anyone have any scoop on what these might be? Let us know!

Dick's?

Does this mean a Dick's Last Resort pool party at Excalibur? Maybe call it "Imperfection @ the Ex".
