AVN Awards 2011: The Porn Stars That Came

The film "Speed" won for Best Director, Best Feature, and Best "Speed" movie without Keanu.

This time of year in Las Vegas is always busty…err..busy as CES tech porn meets porn porn. The Oscars for adult video, a.k.a. the AVN Awards, were handed out at The Palms Saturday. Many of the industry’s stars came for the event, or at least faked it.

Nominated categories range from the classy Retail and Distribution where Best Adult Distributor and Best Boutique get their hardware, to Video where Best Actress, Best Amateur Series, and Best Anal Series get recognition for their hard work. The porn stars don’t show up just to give their acceptance speeches, though. Most arrive early to enjoy Vegas or host parties of their own to get a piece of that Jersey Shore money.

Nice tats. Gina Lynn and Emily Parker hang out at Eve nightclub. One more so than the other.

Eve nightclub was one of the porn headquarters last week, hosting multiple parties with Nina Mercedez, Brooke Haven, Tory Lane, Anne Marie Rios, Tommy Gun, and more. Hopefully they dropped enough porn coin to help Eva get back on her feet.

Celebrity Rehab cast member Adult film star Mary Carey partied like a porn star at McFadden’s. These days, partying like a porn star isn’t too different from many other host gigs as she posed for photo ops and poured a few beers and shots. She did add judging a lap dance contest to the mix, though. Way to make it your own, Mary.

Norm Clarke reported that Pauly Shore and Andy Dick were booted from the porn convention after harassing a porn star. Good to see that actresses who do Ron Jeremy for money have standards when it comes to comedy.
