We're fond of Planet Hollywood. You may have noticed that we spend more time at Planet Hollywood than the other Caesars properties. This past weekend, we popped over to Planet Hollywood and were startled when we arrived. Our favorite video poker machine was missing. GASP!
Our favorite video poker machine is a 9/5 Jacks or Better 3-line video poker game in the high limits room. The game is pretty much medium limits, but we enjoy being made to feel special. But, that's when we realized the high limit slots room had been closed and relocated near one of the entrances to the Miracle Mile Shops.
We learned that the high limits slot room is being remodeled and will reopen as the new high limits table gaming room. This leaves the previous high limit table gaming area open. After speaking with a handful of Caesars Entertainment and Planet Hollywood staff we could not find out what will become of that space. Since it's close to the street we have to imagine it will be made into a retail space, a restaurant or a bar.
