Well...

I still wonder how places are able to charge men and women different prices for things... why hasn't there been any kind of lawsuit yet?  Besides the fact that I think I'm more of a "lady" than some of the women I've seen in Vegas, how is this practice any different than, say, charging African-Americans an extra few dollars for a burger?

@tweakes

There is actually a gentlemen who's pretty well known now who has made it his life's mission to fight "ladies night" pricing. The RJ just did a new post about him a few days ago. Here's the link:

'The Unusual Steve Horner' battles feminism.

I still just don't get it...

Interesting - and long! - article about the guy ... never heard of him.

First of all, I'm gay so I rarely frequent those places anyway and could care less if women are anywhere I go (drunk 21-year-old women in Vegas are way more obnoxious than fun).  I talked to some co-workers at work and raised the question and they said they had no problem with things the way they are...

I guess my biggest issue is that if things were the other way around, the s#*% would have hit the fan long ago... it still just amazes the things that some people are okay with and then not okay with others that are so similar.  I guess there are double standards all over the place... but I still don't understand how this can be legal.
