We all know that what happens in Las Vegas doesn't always stay in Las Vegas but we are a little shocked to hear that some of hotel guests' crazy antics are being leaked by a former Las Vegas concierge in her new book, You Want WHAT??? (Yes, all caps and three question marks.)
Mariann Mohos came to Las Vegas in 2000 to attend UNLV for an MBA program. Yet when she finished her degree, she opted to work as a concierge in one of the major Las Vegas resorts. And somewhere down the line, she decided all the crazy requests she was fielding would make perfect fodder for a book. (Fortunately, all guests' names have been changed.) Mohos interviewed her fellow concierges to drum up more stories and, voila, here we have You Want WHAT???
Mariann herself teases us via a video press release on some of the stories we can find in the book like:
the sweet elderly couple ended up at the porn shop, what caused a female guest to expose her breasts, and what happens when affectionate newlyweds are unaware they are not alone in their suite.
Porn, boobies and voyeurs. Yup, that sounds about right for Vegas.
The press release also mentions something about a "virgin chicken," a concierge who went looking for cow poop and a maid who fainted when a guest floated into the air. Um, guess we'll have to pick up this book to find out what that virgin chicken is all about.
