Just because the price of New Year's Eve hotel rooms are skyrocketing toward Summerlin doesn't mean we've stopped looking for a reasonable room to call home base this Sunday morning Saturday night. In trying to get creative by exhausting all options, we stumbled across FlipKey.com, a TripAdvisor backed website offering over 120,000 apartments, condos, and homes around the world to rent.

FlipKey's angle is as a community driven travel site that verifies properties are legit and then limits reviews to past confirmed guests. Unfort, we didn't find a NYE deal here yet worthy of trading in our off-strip digs for the night, but we did find a ballin' Villa that would start any night off right.

The 2810 Private Resort is a 1.5 acre playground for up to 30 guests with nine bedrooms (or eight depending on who you believe), 14 beds, and 5.5 baths. That's more a lot more Z than P. The grounds contain custom heated swimming pools, five wet decks, three jacuzzis, waterfalls, a water slide, and real sand beach. A three-bedroom guest house as well as a separate game house, complete with bar and pool table, keep the work at bay from the play, if needed. 24/7 concierge, daily housekeeping, and chef services are all available, too.

Guest praise on the prop website includes best property in Vegas and "amazing location for a 29-person four-day training course." One couple came to see Vegas and ended up never leaving the house. That's what those fourteen beds will do to you. Or, maybe it was the water slide.

All this and more can be yours for the rock bottom price of $60,000 per month. (About two grand a night!) Pretty good deal if you stack it up against one night at $50K. Hit up FlipKey for more deets, pics, and to reserve if you're rollin' in 60Gs. And, don't forget to send our invite pictures of your private party to us!
