Which Sportsbooks Will Hook Up The Drinks?

May 19, 2011 at 1:58 PM | by | Comments (5)

Over the past few months, we've done a pretty nice job of gathering a list of which sportsbooks give drink tickets for bets and about how much we'll have to wager to get drink tickets. We figured that we'd compile this and put all the info together for easy access. Just keep in mind that this is an unofficial list compiled by the entire VegasChatter community. Thanks to all of the contributions! Please keep them coming as we're sure this list will continue to change.

Caesars Palace - Have never seen anyone with drink tickets.

Cantor Gaming Sportsbooks - Up to each casino sportsbook manager.

Flamingo - Will give drink tickets if you ask nicely. Amount depends on person working.

Golden Nugget- 1 drink ticket for every $50 bet.

Harrah's - Will give drink tickets if you ask nicely. Amount depends on person working.

Hilton - Free drinks as long as you have a wagering ticket.

Mandalay Bay - Free drinks as long as you have a wagering ticket.

Imperial Palace - Will give drink tickets if you ask nicely. Amount depends on person working.

The Mirage - Drink tickets available depending on bet amount.

MGM Grand- 1 drink ticket for every $250 bet.

Palazzo - 1 drink ticket for every $50 bet.

Red Rock Casino- Will give drink tickets if you ask nicely. Amount depends on person working. Most Station Casinos will give at least 1 ticket per $50 bet.

South Point - Drink tickets available depending on bet amount. Usual minimum is 1 ticket per bet.

Venetian - 1 drink ticket for every $50 bet.

Wynn - Drink tickets available depending on bet amount.

Palazzo no longer offering drink coupons

When you walk into Lagasse Stadium they have signs posted saying that the Palazzo Sportsbook no longer issues or accepts drink coupons and that you need to go to Venetian's sports book.  It's possible that you can still get free drinks at Palazzo but it's no longer the same coupons you could get and use at Venetian which were great because they had no expiration date.  I suspect that too many people were drinking for free rather than paying the high prices at Lagasse so they discontinued it.  Maybe someone else knows more.

Bellagio

No wagering or tickets necessary. Waitresses just take your order.

@dbldwn

That sounds sweet. I've never seen a casino do that before, but there is only one Bellagio. Thanks for the heads up on that...almost sounds too good to be true, will have to check that out next time I visit!

@binciong

My friends and I usually pool our tickets at Legasse and that almost equalizes our bill for the night. You may be right there. Damn.

Las Vegas Hilton SUPERBOOK

...If you have a betting ticket (or they know you), the drinks pour FREE al night! Tip well, and you have a waitress that will be right there all night!
