Sure, The Linq is Cool, But The Real Question Is Will There Be Restrooms in the Pods?
Caesars Entertainment knows Vegas visitors have tons of questions about The Linq, that huge outdoor mall -- umm, destination -- being planned between Flamingo and Bill's.
So today Caesars exec Greg Miller took to Facebook to tell us everything we
mostly already knew wanted to know about the project. O'Sheas will live on, in some fashion. (New update: O'Sheas will host World Series of Beer Pong "for as long as we can going forward." The casino will be open "until at least the middle of next year.") Imperial Palace is not being torn down, just reskinned. (New update: The IP porte cochere will be moved and the casino brought "all the way up to" The Strip.) Total Rewards will be linked into The Linq. The project should debut June 2013.
But, the most interesting question (at least to us) was made by at least three Facebook fans -- will there be restrooms in the pods of High Roller, the giant observation wheel planned to anchor The Linq:
Is there bathrooms inside each pod?
When your up in the air having cocktails, You need a bathrrom near.
While Greg didn't answer the questions, the Flamingo's Facebook team did... kinda:
Not 100% sure but pretty certain the pods on the High Roller will not have restrooms.
So, potty before pod or else you'll be thinking about wee wee all wheel long.
