While most folks want to know about challenges to navigating nearby walkways or if construction noise can be heard within the hotel rooms that surround it, VegasChatter fan Anthony R. reached out to us over a different concern:

Hello. Really enjoy your website. I was hoping you could provide me with some information. I'm a big fan of Carnaval Court and would like to know if they are going to be closed at any point between December and March as a result of weather and/or Linq construction. I tried calling Harrah's but no one there seems to know what's happening at their own venue. Anyway, would appreciate any help you could provide. Thanks and keep up the good work.

We reached out to Caesars Entertainment to see if Anthony's hangout would be around, and the answer is -- yes.

A Caesars Entertainment rep says "neither The Quad nor LINQ will affect the Carnaval Court operations so your reader will be pleased to visit one of his favorite places."

There's some slight PR spin going on here

When I was in Vegas in August, access to Carnival Court was a bit more complicated than other times I've visited Vegas. While I expect it's true that the bar will not cease operations during the renovations, I do expect there to be times when it isn't going to be as attractive an attraction as others whether that's going to be because of limited access, lesser visibility of the venue or just because construction encroachment.

On the other hand, that was five months ago, so who knows what's going on now or five months hence.
