Stanley Cup Returns To Vegas Ready To Party
The Cup hasn't washed that side since.
only hardest working member of this season's NHL is coming to Las Vegas. While owners and players remain locked in a standstill over the question of 'to play or not to play,' the Lord Stanley Cup returns to the city where it was last seen frolicking with half-naked champions. As far as we know, there was no pool stick involved in that royal romp.
The Cup will displayeth itself prior to and during Thursday's Las Vegas Wranglers matchup against the San Francisco Bulls. View the Cup,
hold touch stand near the Cup and, most importantly, take a photo with the Cup for free.
Doors open at 6 p.m. for the 7:05 p.m. game. The Cup will be standing by in the Orleans Arena concourse for guests that want to strike their best NHL player pose. Tickets start at $18.75 ($6 for kids 12 and under) and can be purchased online or by calling 702.284.7777. The first 1,000 fans Thursday also score a 2012 Western Conference Champions poster.
And, for the record, the Cup may be second hardest working NHL rep in attendance. First probably goes to the Keeper of the Cup, Philip Pritchard. It's tough keeping those gloves white, after all. Especially in Las Vegas.
