No Arguments Here: Station Thinks Our Food Bills Are Too High

If you're hoarding your cash and squeezing every penny ahead of the fiscal cliff, Station Casinos has got your back.
While prices at Strip restaurants can be enough to give us indigestion (more on that soon), Station is actually lowering prices for pasta and steak lovers. Menu pricing has been cut for all Pasta Cucina restaurants (find them inside Boulder, Palace, Texas and Sunset Station) as well as Broiler Steak & Seafood (Boulder and Palace Station), Fuego (Fiesta Henderson), The Charcoal Room (Santa Fe Station), Austins (Texas Station) and Sonoma Cellar (Sunset Station).
Great PR move? Yes. More than just minuscule savings? Surprisingly, yes, too.
Station says prices at its steakhouses were dropped as much as $8, citing that a petite filet at Sonoma once went for $33 but now goes for $24.99, with a soup or salad, a veggie side and a dessert thrown in, too. That deal can be found at all the cited steakhouses above, and the entree can be traded out for chicken, salmon or prime rib.
For pasta addicts, Cucina now has appetizers that start at $4.99, soups and salads at $3.99 and entrees with soup or salad and breadsticks that begin at $6.99.
