Rattlecan Looking To Shake Up The Vegas Burger Bar Concept

Forget that it's by the same folks that brought us the drool-worthy FIRST at Venetian. A stop at Rattlecan, the resort's newest restaurant set to debut this Sunday, is a must simply because of the mechanical pickle. Yes. The mechanical pickle. All that's required for a ride is for you to down a shot. Seems doable to us.

Once that's taken care of, you can take your time checking out the colorful graffiti art splashed onto the walls while trying out one of Rattlecan's burgers. And, maybe order up another shot. There'll be one that mixes Jameson with pickle juice. Or, if you prefer the real thing, there will be housemade pickles. Oh, and "pickled carrots, cauliflower, beets, eggs, tomatoes, peppers, jalapenos, green beans and watermelon." Pickled is the new truffle oil, we guess.

Rattlecan will open at 11 a.m. daily, beginning November 11. Bettors will be stoked to hear that they'll be able to have fare delivered to the Venetian's sports book and poker room.
