5 New Places To Try in Vegas Since The World Didn't End

With all the recent catastrophes and tragedies that have happened recently, the folks who think the world is ending on December 21 suddenly don't seem AS crazy anymore. Still mostly crazy, but just not as much.

Yet we're gonna keep on believing that life as we know it will continue. (If we're wrong, it won't matter, anyways!) So here are Five New Places to Try in Vegas seeing as how the world hasn't ended yet:

OPEN NOW
· Bubba Gump Shrimp: Forest Gump may have been stupid man but at least he knew well enough to open his shrimp shack before the world ended. The joint, which officially opened on the 15th in Harmon Corner, is serving shrimp and more from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Sundays through Thursdays and until 2 a.m. on the weekends.

Cross Your Fingers These Places Make it To Opening Day!

December 22:
· BurGR from Chef Gordon Ramsay at Planet Hollywood

December 28:
· Body English returns to the Hard Rock
· VDKA Martini Bar at Wynn
· SHe Steakhouse at The Crystals (see opening weekend plans here)

VDKA! Damn you!

I forgot all about this place when I was at Encore last weekend. The noise from construction wasn't awful but it wasn't pleasant.

Jerks should know to not do construction in my presence. Don't they know who I am?! :)

Little help?

I realize you guys really love your tags, but is it too much to ask that when hotlinking about something that someone may want information they can actually use like hours of operation or prices to get in or a menu or anything they might actually find on an establishments website that the hotlink go there rather than down y'all's recursive rabbit hole?
