Can You Guess Where This Ceiling Art is Found?

April 13, 2012 at 6:38 PM | by | ()

Yeah, yeah, yeah, you say you know Vegas, but how well do you really know this town? Well enough to know exactly where this massive ceiling mural can be found?

If you think you do, then step right up and drop your answer in comments below. Here are a few hints to get you started:

· It's not far from a casino floor.
· It's not The Palazzo.
· Yes, it's a recreation of a famous masterpiece from an Italian artist. Duh.
· Most people passing under this ceiling may not even notice it as their eyes will probably be focused on the line to get into the nightclub nearby.
· Apologies for the blurry shot. Our iPhone was drunk...again.

Think you know the answer? Put your guess in comments below and we'll do the reveal on Monday. Also, please be specific about where the mural is located as there are a lot of these in the building.

Copa Room At The Sands

It is the foyer/entrance area at The Venetian, if memory serves me correct.

However... on an old Travel Channel special (probably about 10 years ago), they wanted to know where the Copa Room would be now. They overlaid the old Sands layout with the Venetian and found that the physical geographical location of the Copa room was right where you took this photo.

It's above the stairs/escalators in Venetian that lead from the casino up to TAO.

People really dont notice this?

This was the very first thing i noticed my first visit to the Venetian.

... history!  Copa Room from the Sands... right under the canopy of these ceiling murals at the Venetian.
