It's time to start thinking about whether you want to rock 'n roll down The Strip at night. Either, for the first time or all over again.
Public registration for the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon that will send waves of runners down Las Vegas Boulevard on the evening of December 2 will open a week from today on Friday, June 1. That's if some runners can move past what happened last year (and, from Facebook comments, it looks like some can't). That's also if people can take a $150 registration fee* in stride (and that's cheap considering it shoots up to $185 the longer you wait).
The race will be offered as a full or half-marathon. The full will start at 3 p.m., the half at 4:30 p.m. A map of the course can be found here.
*Registration fees cited are for the full marathon. The half-maration ranges from $145-$175.
