Tears Are Falling, Are KISS Slots Gone in Vegas?

Time for another VegasChatter Question! Already? Yes, our amazing readers have great questions! Do you have a question about Vegas, too? We bet you do. Send it to us and if we deem it clean enough, we'll post it here on VegasChatter!

We get asked lots of questions here at VegasChatter. And, most of the time, we have an idea of what the answer is. But, recently VegasChatter fan Mike P. stumped us when he asked about KISS. Not, the mini-golf center where we've already teed it up and could have answered most readily, but about KISS slots:

I was wondering if you could help me and my buddy out. We are going out to Vegas this Summer and plan on doing the KISS Monster Mini Golf. My buddy is a crazy KISS fanatic and would also like to know if you knew where a KISS Slot machine would be out there? We look at every casino we go to but never see one. We know they exist from YouTube and the Internet, but never actually found one. My best guess is there has to be one somewhere at the Hard Rock?!

Well, Mike, a call to the Hard Rock found that they do not have any KISS slot machines at this time. After that setback, we went to our go-to gaming expert East Coast Gambler... who didn't know, either. He did find that the company that produced the slots went into bankruptcy a few years back. (Shout out to Twitter follower @clintstapleton whom, in helping with our search, discovered the same thing.)

A plea on Twitter produced a glimmer of hope when @calicobasin thought he knew where some might be. It was extinguished, though, when he reported back yesterday that a reconnaissance mission resulted in no KISS machines, after all.

So, it looks like KISS slots are gone forever.... Or, do you know differently? If so, let us know in the comments below!
