It's Almost Time To Pony Up To the D for Sigma Derby

We've been so excited by the news that we've pestered the D (formerly the Fitzgeralds) about it for weeks -- Sigma Derby is coming to downtown Vegas.

While it can be found on The Strip at MGM Grand, there was just something fittingly old school about its arrival to #DTLV. A game that feeds on the camaraderie of the crowd, the excitement of the casino floor is perfect for the free-wheelin' fun of Fremont Street.

Now, we find that AccessVegas' Ted Newkirk has beat us to the punch, capturing the first images of Sigma Derby on the casino's floor. (Well, its second floor, to be exact.) See more in the gallery below. The game is roped off, but if it's out it can't be long before the first gamblers pony up to the table. Ted tells us that a slot floorman told him that this very game was once found at the Frontier.

Old school fun and a piece of Lost Vegas? That already makes for a winning combination that can't be beat.
