Temperatures are some of the hottest in decades in Vegas but if you were hoping to ease this month's triple-digit heat with Pinkberry's icy froyo, prepare to be disappointed:

The good news for you (not so much for Pinkberry) is that froyo joints can be found up and down The Strip. Pinkberry will open in CityCenter just off the porte cochere of Mandarin Oriental, but head one resort over and you'll discover Yogurt In at Monte Carlo. Head one resort back to find Sweet Chill at Aria and one resort over in the other direction to locate the newly opened Neapolitan at Cosmopolitan.

While the space that will house Pinkberry looks much the same as when we last peeked inside (though, with papered windows.. oops), things are starting to crank up on the hiring front. Job interviews are set to begin on July 17 and continue through July 31.
