And, at least one Binion's's fan wants to pit Binion's Burger against all other food downtown. All other food. They (practically) wrote it so it must be true. Binion's posted the full feedback form left from one particular diner on their Facebook page:

This particular VegasChatter writer has sampled the Binion's Burger multiple times and have to agree it's pretty solid. Simple, but solid. The beef is freshly ground never frozen, hits the spot 24 hours a day, and comes with a price tag that may, in fact, be the best in all of downtown. Or, Vegas for that matter.
Another burger is offered on the menu for diners looking to splurge -- or more likely those looking for a hangover cure. The Hangover Breakfast Burger starts with off Famous, but gets topped off with a fried egg, two bacon strips, two slices of American cheese, and a side of french fries or breakfast potatoes for $9.75. Bacon, egg, and breakfast potatoes. That may be the best downtown burger we've had. No -- it is. Bacon makes everything better. Eggs make everything fantastic. Either way: Famous or Hungover, both burgers are great values that satisfy.

The cafe itself buzzes with diners pretty much at any hour. The decor is cafe norm spare a couple vintage photos of the original cafe. We loves us some vintage. Sit at the counter and you'll likely meet a cook that's been in Binion's kitchen for years. We loves us some chatty experienced cooks.
Might an expansion be in the cafe's future? Binion's Facebook rep comments in response to the cafe's busy traffic that they "want to expand it, just gotta get some clearance first, hopefully you won't need to wait on your next trip." We're all in favor of anything that gets our hands on a hangover cure that much quicker.
