The Strat Is Getting A New Restaurant (Say, What?)

Well, here's one we definitely did not see coming.

The Stratosphere is getting a new restaurant! The Stratosphere! And, it's not a chain! Or, a pizzeria! Or, a steak... oh, wait. Ok, it is a steak-slash-seafood resto, but we're still excited for them.

The new dining venue will be called McCall's Heartland Grill. Here's how the Strat describes it:

McCall’s Heartland Grill will be located just off the casino floor, and feature a coastal yet Midwestern-inspired menu created by Stratosphere Executive Chef Rick Giffen. Stratosphere Vice President of Food & Beverage Matthew Mascali helped co-create the new restaurant’s concept, theme and feel.
