3. Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace (February)

Can an acclaimed chef and an award-winning actor get us to roll away from other sweet suites in town? Let's just say they had us at sushi in bed.
4. Hakkasan at MGM Grand (April)

We definitely don't subscribe to the 'bigger is better' motto, but from the sounds of it, the five-story, club-slash-restaurant that will be Hakkasan will shake up the Vegas DJ wars when it debuts.
5. Sapphire Pool & Day Club (March)

It's a stripper pool.
We could probably end it with that, but it will also offer complimentary transportation from Strip hotels, too. Win/win.
6. Downtown's Shipping Container Park (early 2013)

A fire-spouting praying mantis. A caboose that's a barber shop. An immersion dome. And, more trendy bars and restaurants, all headed to downtown Vegas? Yes, please.
7. Discovery Children's Museum (February March)

A brand new, multi-million dollar children's museum featuring three stories of tiring fun? Sign parents everywhere up.
8. The Delano at Mandalay Bay (December)

If they build it, will the South Beach crowd come (even more)? A successful Delano takeover of THEhotel at Mandalay Bay could have Vegas resorts taking an even closer look at teaming up with outside powerhouse brands.
9. LIGHT at Mandalay Bay (March)
One of the hottest names in nightlife teaming up with a world-renowned entertainment tour de force? LIGHT nightclub at Mandalay Bay, a joint venture by the Light Group and Cirque du Soleil, will turn us on to a Vegas club scene like never before.
10. The Quad (late 2013)

Sure, The Quad is officially The Quad now, but it won't officially, officially be The Quad (at least for us) until renovations are complete late this year. Will the new and improved property get folks to streak step foot inside for more than classic cars? We're thinking yes. Even though it likely won't be for the entire night.
