Forget More Cowbell, We Want More Cow Head Butter

Holly Madison surprised and shocked us a few weeks ago. For the most part she's been out of the Vegas limelight since leaving Peepshow. First of all, this writer didn't realize that she frequented The Steakhouse at Circus Circus. It's not one of the celebrity hotspots we're used to seeing her at. But, we digress. The real shocker from Holly was the following tweet about the butter at The Steakhouse:

The cow head butter at The Steakhouse is one of the strange little things that used to highlight a steak dinner there. Sure, the steak and service are good, but there's nowhere in the world we would ever see such a strange shape to our butter. (We think.) With the landscape of the Vegas Strip changing so much, these slabs of butter were a reminder of the kitschy town we grew up with.

The sad news is that the manufacturer of the cow head butter no longer makes it. The good news is that Circus Circus hears our sorrow and is looking for a new company to bring back the cow head butter. We'll keep an eye out for its return.
