So it's almost here, the love it or hate it holiday of the year!

There's a ton going on in Sin City for both bleeding heart lovers and cynical singles -- you can find something to suite your needs, whatever they may be. Candlelit dinner? $99 Champagne specials at strip joints? Either way, Vegas has you covered. Here's a list of what's on the menu. All specials are valid on February 14 unless otherwise noted:

Andrea's at Wynn:
A special “Look of Love” prix fixe tasting menu ($100 per person) will include Kumamoto Oyster + Caviar, Salmon Sashimi, Crispy King Crab, Wagyu Strip Loin, and more. A tasting of sweets also will be offered.

Red Square at Mandalay Bay:
A five-course dinner ($100 per person) will feature an Amuse of Caviar served with American Sturgeon, Potato Bilini, Crème Fraiche, and Chive. From there, menu highlights will include: Smoked Salmon Pizza, Stuffed Maine Lobster and a Molten Chocolate Cake

FIX at Bellagio:
A prix fixe menu ($125 per person) will include Caviar “Dip & Chip,” Surf and Turf for Two, and a Nutella Chocolate Bomb

STACK at The Mirage: A three-course tasting menu ($150 per couple) will include such choices as a Lobster Salad, Beef Carpaccio Steak for Two, and more

Brand Steakhouse at Monte Carlo:
A three-course menu ($70 per person) will include such options as Beau Soleil Oysters, Lamb “Lolly Pops,” Pan-Roasted Black Bass, and more

Rhumbar at The Mirage:
Ladies can partake in a cocktail and cigar pairing special featuring any house cocktail and flavored cigar, for $14

TAO:
"Cupid is Stupid" anti-Valentine's Day Party to feature two-hour open bar for ladies in black lingerie

Gold Spike:
Four-course dinner for two ($19.99 per couple) will be available on every Friday and Saturday in February from 2 p.m. to midnight

Payard Pâtisserie at Caesars Palace:
A special four-course menu ($65 per person) begins with Carrot Ginger Soup, choices of homemade Foie Gras Terrine, Gateau Des Legumes or Tuna Crudo Salad follow, plus more

Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace:
A Valentine’s Day menu ($360 per person) includes 10 courses including some of Chef Savoy’s prized signature dishes

Rao’s at Caesars Palace:
Rao’s will serve special à la carte items ranging from Beef Carpaccio ($21) and Beef Bolognese Lasagna ($30) to a Red Snapper ($42) served over julienned vegetables

Serendipity 3 at Caesars Palace:
An “Adam and Eve Special Menu” ($75 per person) will include a bottle of Serendipity brand sparkling wine, choice of salad, choice of entrée and a shared dessert

All American Bar & Grille at Rio:
A special a la carte menu will be offered from 5-11 p.m. and will feature a Black Canyon Filet and Poached Lobster Tail ($55) or Chicken Marsala ($22)

Buzios at Rio:
A three-course, a la carte Valentine’s Day menu will feature a Petite Filet Mignon, Lobster and Rock Shrimp ($43) or a poached Chilean Sea Bass ($33) as entrees

Martorano’s at Rio:
A special menu will offer such choices as Chilean Sea Bass ($48), Shrimp Risotto ($28), and more

Voodoo Steak:
A four-course menu ($65 per person) will feature Creamy Root Vegetable Soup to start, California Sea Bass, blue cheese-crusted Wagyu Tenderloin, and Neapolitan Bavarois Crème for dessert

Center Cut at Flamingo:
A “Valentine’s Day for 2” special four-course prix fixe menu ($85 per person) will include two glasses of champagne, a Lime-Poached Shrimp Cocktail for two, a Center Cut Caesar Salad for two, and a choice of an 8 oz. Beef Wellington Filet Mignon or 8 oz. Steak Diane Filet Mignon for an entree. A choice of desserts also will be included.

X Burlesque at Flamingo:
X Burlesque is offering $10 off general admission and VIP tickets with the mention of “Sweetheart Deal” during the Valentine’s Day performance on Feb. 14

Vinnie Favorito at Flamingo:

Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris:
A four-course Valentine’s Day menu ($95 per person) will feature a Scotch Egg and Domestic Caviar, choice of Smoked Beef Tartare, Fried Blue Point Oyster or Maine Lobster, and more

Anthony Cools at Paris:

The Eiffel Tower Experience at Paris:
The Eiffel Tower Experience will offer a Romance Package ($79) for sweethearts Feb. 7-17 that will include two express tickets to the attraction, two glasses of champagne, one commemorative 8x10 photo, one long stemmed rose and two chocolate Eiffel Tower pops

Bally’s Steakhouse at Bally's:
A three-course menu ($150 for two) will begin with Seafood On Ice to share, before a choice of Wagyu Eye of Rib Eye or Albacore Tuna & Lobster for an entrée and a shared dessert

Rockhouse at Venetian:
Head here on Valentine's Day, but "Don't Bring Your Boyfriend." The anti-Valentine's party will offer ladies $5 glasses of champagne, complimentary bull rides and candy necklaces from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

"I Love You.. Me Neither" at Sugar Factory inside Paris:
Sugar Factory restaurant will host a simultaneous Valentine's Day and anti-V Day dinner service priced at $40 per person for four courses

Chocolate & Spice on West Sahara:
The dessert destination will feature Strawberries and Champagne ($20), three large Dark Chocolate Champagne Truffles and three Chocolate Dipped Strawberries as well as Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries wrapped in a gift box (6 for $12, 12 for $22, 18 for $32, 24 for $44).

Other Valentine’s Day bakery specials include the Decadent Dark Chocolate Raspberry Torte ($25), Chocolate Brownie Heart with cream cheese frosting ($5), Raspberry Macaroons with a chocolate ganache filling (5 for $10), Raspberry Cheesecake with Dark Chocolate Crust ($7), Raspberry Almond Linzer and Heart Shaped Sugar Cookies ($3 each) and Valentine’s Cupcakes ($3.75 each).

Due Forni Pizza & Wine in Summerlin:
Prix fixe menu for two ($60) includes Stracciatella Al Forno, heart-shaped lobster Ravioli, Pizza Bresaola and Dolci Cannoli filled with Valhrona chocolate and strawberries and topped with toasted almonds.

Hussong’s Cantina at Mandalay Place:
Four course dinner ($35) includes starters of Vegetable Soup and Turkey Lettuce Wraps, an entrée of Almond Tequila Sea Bass and Buñuelos y Cocados, a thin fried tortilla with cinnamon and sugar and sweet coconut flakes

LAVO at Palazzo:
Dinner for two will be a la carte and will include such choices as Mediterranean King Crab Salad ($22), Rose Petal Shaped Pasta ($28) with shrimp, and a 6 oz. Kobe Filet Mignon & Baked Langostino ($65). For dessert, a Valrhona Chocolate Parfait ($14) with preserved raspberries.

Slice of Vegas at Mandalay Place:
Four-course dinner ($40) includes Tomato Bisque Soup and Ensalata, a spring mix with candied nuts, pomegranates and bleu cheese topped with a pomegranate vinaigrette. Mare E Terra will serve as the entrée, consisting of a filet, shrimp, roasted garlic and basil mashed potatoes, asparagus and tarragon zabaglione. Petit Fours with caramel sauce and candied strawberries for dessert.

Strip House at Planet Hollywood:
An a la carte dinner here will offer Kataifi Wrapped Crisp Shrimp ($21), Bufala Mozzarella and Braised Artichoke Salad ($19), Surf and Turf ($58), 8 oz. Filet Mignon and Broiled Lobster or a 14 oz Bone-In Filet ($54). Complete the feast with Warm Red Berry Cake ($10).

TAO at Venetian:
Prix fixe menu ($55) includes first course selections of Chilled Shibumi Oysters, a trio of Shibumi Oysters or Lobster Risotto. Main course gives the option of Dry Aged Prime Sirloin or Day Boat Black Bass. Gluten-Free Velvet Cake will end the night on a sweet note.

"Get Your Mac On" at PBR Rock Bar:
Dorito Crusted Mac n’ Cheese or feel the love with the “Smokin’ Hot BBQ Chicken” to start. For the main course, “Lip-Smacking Texas Style Beef Brisket.” For dessert, the “Love Drunken Peach Cobbler." 2-for-1 glasses of champagne and bull rides also will be offered.

Crazy Horse III:
$99 champagne bottle specials for local couples

“Kiss a Frog” at Señor Frog’s inside Treasure Island:
Mark Valentine's Day here with $18 signature fishbowl drinks, drawings, and more. Look for colored wristbands to find the singles.

TREVI inside The Forum Shops at Caesars:
Three-course prix fixe dinner ($70), a signature Valentine’s Day cocktail (Lotion Potion Number 9, $9) and 14 Hands Chardonnay or 14 Hands Cabernet priced at $30 per bottle

TENDER Steak & Seafood at Luxor:
Four-course prix fixe dinner ($75) includes Lobster Ravioli and Artichoke Crab Ragout, Black Angus Beef Tenderloin Medallion or Canadian Skuna Bay Salmon, and more. Optional wine pairings for an additional $30.

Public House at Luxor:
Three-course prix fixe dinner for two ($90) includes two glasses of champagne and a red rose

Ranch House Kitchen at Town Square:
Three-course meal ($45) per couple, complimentary roses for the ladies and half-off select bottles of wine

The Barrymore:
Four-course meal ($110) includes Champagne Gelee Caviar, Tuna Poke with macadamia nuts, and 16 oz. Chateaubriand for two

Seafood Shack at Treasure Island:
Four-course meal ($45) includes Lobster Bisque, Kumamoto Oysters, Pan-Roasted Filet Mignon and Chocolate Coeur a la Crème

Phil’s Italian Steakhouse at Treasure Island:
Four-course meal ($75) to feature choice of Oysters on the Half-Shell, served with champagne and wasabi cream or Prosciutto-Wrapped Scallops, served with lemon aioli, crisp endive and aged balsamic vinegar for your first course; A choice of Lobster Chowder, Maine Lobster and Sweet Corn or Caesar Salad for the second course; and, more.

"Get a Heart On" Package from Luxor:
Prix fixe dinner for two at either Tacos & Tequila ($140) or Rice & Company ($175) includes two tickets to FANTASY (valid Feb. 1-28)

Comme Ça in The Cosmopolitan:
Four-course meal ($99 per person, $149 with wine pairing) to feature Creamed Cauliflower Soup, Confit of Duck Agnolotti, Snake River Farm American Wagyu Ribeye, and more

CollectiveZoo "Love and Lust Sleepover" at The Artisan:
The Artisan's third floor will be transformed into a "sexy sleepover party" with DJ and rooms priced at $105 for singles, $109 for couples. All singles’ rooms will include lust-themed gift packages and couples’ rooms will include love-themed gift packages (a bottle of champagne comes with love and lust surprises). A four-course meal at Mood will be priced at $99 per couple, $45 extra, per person, for wine pairing.

Boyd Gaming Restaurants:

Chilean Sea Bass wrapped in spinach and phyllo dough on top a mango puree with a Grand Marnier glaze and served with asparagus, house salad, choice of potato, and bananas foster cheesecake for $35.

Pasta Pirate at California Hotel:
Valentine’s Day dinner ($25) to include a Bruschetta appetizer, Sautéed Shrimp, Scallops and Clams, Cappuccino Cheesecake

Market Street Café at California Hotel:
Filet mignon served with grilled shrimp, a twice-baked potato and steamed asparagus for $12.99

Second Street Grill at Fremont Hotel and Casino:
Valentine’s Day Dinner ($45) to feature a 8 oz. Filet & Stuffed Prawns on a bed of angel hair pasta, soup or salad and choice of dessert
