What You'll Find At The Newly Opened B&B Burger & Beer (Hint: It's Aptly Named)

Gone are the graffiti-covered walls where the Rattlecan burger joint used to reside at the Venetian. In their place, you'll find a bright, contemporary and very orange burger joint -- B&B Burger and Beer.

The new restaurant opened its doors to the public over the weekend after missing a once hoped for September debut. Brought to us by restauranteurs Mario Batali, Joe Bastianich and Lidia Bastianich -- who together operate B&B Hospitality Group -- you can definitely take the eatery at its word as to what you'll find inside.

Burgers range from $9 to $16. The low end will get you The Drive-Thru, two griddled patties, American cheese, and B&B pickles on a sesame seed bun, while the high end will get you The Really Good, a patty, heritage bacon, gorgonzola, onions, and Chianti mustard on a potato bun. All burgers are ground fresh daily, according to the menu, from USDA Prime Black Angus Beef. Sides include Fries ($6), Onion Rings ($7) and Warm Potato Salad ($7).

If you're in the mood for something else, you're not limited to just what's in the name. Appetizers, called "snacks" here, include Fried Oysters ($9), Chicken Wings ($9) and Pickles ($6). An affinity for pickles, apparently, shared with the venue's previous incarnation. There are also salads (Chop $12) and sandwiches, too (Meat Ball $16, Lobster Roll $21).

But, we know, what about the beer? Choices range from Pabst, Fat Tire and Blue Moon to Stella, Guinness and Lagunitas. Bottles range from $7 to $14 (for a Speakeasy Double Daddy) while drafts begin at $6 and top out at $11 (for Delerium Tremens).

B&B Burger and Beer is open daily for lunch, dinner and late night service. Hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. Patio dining, as seen below, is offered as well.
