Total Rewards Offers New Diamond Levels

April 8, 2013 at 2:02 PM | by | ()

Every players club changes. That's evolution. Total Rewards changes for Caesars properties were announced earlier this year, but didn't take place until April 1 which is the new year for Total Rewards. It now takes more points to jump status levels (Gold to Platinum to Diamond to Seven Stars), but there are bonus points that are supposed to help you along. While other players clubs coldly remove perks without giving the appearance of adding anything at least Total Rewards is giving the impression that they're giving more with their increases.

It now takes 15,000 tier credits to reach Diamond level, but there are tiers within Diamond status that never existed before (kind of like the hotel-within-a-hotel concept at Caesars Palace with Nobu Hotel). Diamond level is the second highest tier status and it takes 10x the points (150,000) to reach Seven Stars (the top tier). The three levels are simply broken down by aspiration level:

☞Level I Diamond (15,000 Tier Credits): $100 celebration dinner, access to a dedicated VIP team & hotline.
☞Level II Diamond (40,000 Tier Credits): Complimentary four-night stay at any Total Rewards destination.
☞Level III Diamond (80,000 Tier Credits): Pay up to $750 for flight to any Total Rewards casino, New Year's Eve party invite, transportation to/from airport (up to 50 miles), companion card for your guest and waived fees for check cashing and credit card advances.

Like we said, at least they're giving the appearance that you're getting more for your while money jumping tiers at Total Rewards now. If you're playing (or spending) enough to reach 40,000 Total Rewards tier credits, you can probably get a $100 meal comped and/or a four-night stay at any Total Rewards property. At least they're trying and who doesn't want a "free" dinner when they're spending five figures with a casino?

Diamond Level

I have been getting some free points using the instruction from this site, so far my wife and I have received $80 free to spend at Caesars.

I wanted to know if this is a legit promotion from Total Rewards? I mean my credit is now showing up in my TR account but I just want to make sure this is REAL money.

O and would these count towards Diamond Level?
