A lot of money is going into the redevelopment of Downtown Las Vegas to lure not just tourists, but locals, too. It's not as if downtown has been ignored by any means of late, but it still lives in the shadow of the Strip for many.

So, we think it's quite a coup for The Smith Center to land a concert by none other than John Legend over a Strip property or even over the Joint at Hard Rock or the Pearl at the Palms.

Set to bring his "All of Me" tour to Vegas on Thursday, March 27, the "intimate, acoustic and stripped down" show sounds tailored made for The Smith Center. Tickets range from $29 to $110 and go on sale this Friday, January 24 at 10 a.m. PST.

If you go downtown for the concert, be sure to check out what's new. If you haven't dropped by in a while, you might be surprised by what you'll find.
