At Palms, A Beverage Butler Will Now Welcome Hotel Guests

They caught our attention with a creative 24-hour checkout policy allowing guests to stay in their accommodations a full 24 hours from when they checked in before needing to depart. Now, the Palms has firmly cemented our regard with the launch of a Beverage Butler, a special service exclusively for hotel guests.

How many times have you yearned for a cocktail while waiting to check-in at your hotel? Likely too many, right? Especially, if lines are long and travels were taxing. Guests at the Palms, however, don't need to wait for their room keys before indulging. No, they can indulge while they wait for their room keys.

In another innovative move, the Palms will now offer a Beverage Butler during "prime check-in hours." Armed with a mobile bar cart, the mixologist will craft custom cocktails as guests wait for their turn to approach the front desk. A choice of vodka, rum or whiskey cocktails will be priced at $5. If you find yourself waiting for more than five minutes before deciding to snare a drink (or another, ahem), the cocktail will be free. Yes, free!

The Beverage Butler will help guests get their Vegas on, Sunday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The amenity will only be offered in Palms proper and not at Palms Place.

It would be great if other properties followed suit and included this in their Resort Fees"!!!
