Peeking Into The Cromwell

The still under construction Cromwell still has a bit to go to get from this:

And this:

To this:

And this:

But, inside? Inside is a whole 'nother story.

Photos being distributed by Caesars Entertainment show almost fully furnished spaces, from gleaming tiles, glowing light fixtures and plastic-wrapped gaming tables on the casino floor:

To a casino lounge that's just missing comfy seating configurations (and us):

How are these lighting fixtures grabbing ya?

And, peep the registration lobby:

We hear the hotel tower is shaping up, too, and that the sizes of some of the showers are something we all could really get into, literally.

Rooms have been available for reservation for almost two months now. And, while the official opening isn't until May 21, the buzz is there's a chance we may be able to step inside before that. Perhaps, even before the end of this month.

The Cromwell is a completely renovated and renamed Gansevoort Bill's Gamblin' Hall & Saloon. It's located on the center Strip between Flamingo and Bally's.

Looks really nice

I have to admit I wasn't sure how this would turn out but the insides look really nice.  I'm curious to see how it does.

I'm really surprised Caesars could pull this off. None of their properties are this well executed, designed or laid out. Well, Nobu oh wait they didn't plan that one or wait this one either. Never mind forget I said anything about this Cosmopolitan knock off. That front desk looks a tad small for a 200 room hotel.

its amazing

as someone who has seen the rooms, the casino, and walked through the nightclub and pool space, i can safely say that this place is going to be amazing.  the level of detail and service is light years beyond cosmo.  The front desk is only that small because they will be checking in most guests curbside at valet.

Soft opening

According to the trainees we talked to on Monday, there should be a soft opening on April 21.
