Word has it that Bellagio is about to shakeup its dining lineup.

We're told the center Strip resort is planning to add a new lake-side patio for dining. It's not clear yet if it would be a standalone concept or attached to a current or forthcoming restaurant, but we're all for having another gorgeous spot to enjoy the Vegas Strip.

Speaking of forthcoming projects, long-running rumors about a new Julian Serrano restaurant for Bellagio are finally proving true. The dining concept has been dubbed Lago (which translates to lake) and is already hiring for the positions of General Manager and Executive Chef. Rumor has it that Lago will replace Circo although we've yet to confirm that. Chef Serrano already helms Picasso at Bellagio and an eponymous restaurant at Aria.

Lastly, get ready to bid Sensi ciao. The restaurant everyone forgets about will apparently be renamed at some point this year. Hmm... we're going to go ahead and flag that space as a possible future home for Hakkasan.

Apparently, Bellagio was on the verge of parting ways with Todd English but the two reconciled. I haven't heard anything about a remodel, though.

Oh, my. I have not heard anything about that. I am a bit afraid to Google that. HA! I agree they could use some change.
