Whether you're a fan of Giada De Laurentiis or just curious about her first-ever restaurant, you can now book a time to try it out.

VegasChatter member @DuLac55 dropped us a line to let us know that OpenTable has begun accepting reservations for Giada the restaurant beginning Wednesday, June 4. The food personality will present her very first dining concept at the newly (semi) opened Cromwell, formerly Bill's Gamblin' Hall.

The Cromwell's casino debuted April 22. Its rooms, rooftop pool and nightlife options will come online in time for Memorial Day weekend. Giada will be the only restaurant on-site.

Too bad it was delayed

The Mrs. is a huge fan of Giada so we were hoping they would stick to the original May 21 opening date so we could sample it when we are in LV for Memorial Day weekend.

I guess she'll just have to read the reviews a couple of weeks later.

In a natural (husband) response, I subsequently booked a steakhouse instead.

Im in!

Got a reservation for 6 on  June 4th which I'm assuming is opening night. Looking forward to it. Hopefully she will be in attendance.

@bigred

Let us know what you think after your dinner!

June 8th

Got reservations on the 8th of June....Looking forward to it!

The Rush to Complete

We were there (in The Cromwell) last week and they were still working to get all the windows in at Giada's. Guess they'll be picking up the pace in order to get it done by early next month. The casino is pleasant and the new ceiling lighting does help brighten things up, but it's still a small venue.  If it becomes popular, it could get really crowded.  However, I wish Caesar's the best in making a success of it. It sure beats Bill's in the eye candy category.
