The Full Menu For Della's Kitchen At Delano Las Vegas

August 19, 2014 at 5:36 PM | by | ()

Debuting next month at Delano Las Vegas (formerly THEhotel... we can start saying that now, can't we?), Della's Kitchen will bring a "historic farmhouse meets urban eatery" concept to the property's old cafe space. If you were like us, you were like, sweet! And then you were all like, what the hell does that mean?

A press release on Monday touted a "desert-sustainable breakfast and lunch menu" with fresh juices, "delectable" breakfast options, "savory" salads, and signature paninis, sandwiches and burgers, but again, what exactly would that end up being on our plate? And, how much would it cost us to be so health conscious?

Well, wonder no more as we've obtained the full menu for Della's Kitchen, including pricing. While there are a few items for those with an intolerance to gluten (noted below in blue), if you have a nut intolerance, you'll need to dine elsewhere. The menu is heavy with nut allergy warnings. Pricing seems fairly par for the course when it comes to Strip dining, even at a "cafe," with most items ranging from $5 to $18; although, there are naturally some that are lower and some that are much higher (for instance, you'll pay $26 for the Ahi Burger). Peruse the full menu below. Della's will be open from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily.

THE Burger

THECafe never got much love, but they had my favorite burger in Vegas.  Unsurprisingly, it was called THE Burger.  The Delano burger does sound pretty good though.  Maybe if I save up 50,000 MyVegas points I'll get one for half off.

mmmmmm... or $$$$$

I love a $23 burger or $18 bacon and eggs as much as the next guy... but I'm fairly certain I could get both of those here in downtown Chicago and save the airfare... :-)

Hold up...

I've eaten at THE Cafe and I can already see this is pretty much the same menu...except with Delano put in front. I've seen pics of the rooms and the bathrooms are unchanged...same marble and fixtures. This isn't really a new hotel...just an existing hotel with some different veneer in certain places. The lack of effort shows...

The Toast and Not the hashbrowns

At one time THEcafe had the best whole wheat/grain toast. I craved it. As if you go to buffet, you have to make your own, and Raffles, well Raffles is Raffles.  So two poached on multigrain. I never ate their (THEhotel) whole breakfasts cause they stopped making just plain hashbrowns. You had to order their browns with caramelized onion and stuff. Sometimes when in Vegas, your tummy might not want a lot of extra stuff,in the morning. But they couldn't/wouldn't make plain. But yah I see what bdubb80 means. Looks like the same menu. Oh geez. Don't even get me on the Delano rooms. I've stayed in one. In compliance with my loyalty to THEhotel, I'll shut the freak up.

I like it

The menu looks amazing I have to say, although a little expensive for me maybe. Still something I can make in my spanish kitchen:)
