Where We Found What Could Be The Best Mac N' Cheese On The Strip

We recently grabbed dinner at Brand Steakhouse at Monte Carlo and found a few possibly 'best in category' experiences. In order of excitement, we found what may be the best macaroni and cheese we've ever had, one of the most drinkable bottles of Syrah anywhere and a, relatively, inexpensive prime steak.
We shared a lot of food and easily the favorite side order or appetizer at Brand Steakhouse was the baked macaroni and cheese. There was a thick crust and a lot of gooey cheese. Unlike some macaroni and cheese, there was zero grease. This was the only side order that we noticed everyone finished. In fact, there may have been some licking of the bowl, but it wasn't us. Amazing mac n cheese isn't something we often come across, but we're happy that this bowl came across our way.
