Peepshow Is Returning March 1 Minus Aubrey O'Day

As we were busy stalking Jordan yesterday, we found ourselves upstairs at Planet Hollywood, staring at the box office for Peepshow, which was looking rather forlorn and empty. Would it still be reopening in March, we asked the lady behind the till.
Yes, she said – it’s reopening 1 March, in the newly refurbished theater. And yes, little Holly Madison will still be in it – her contract runs out in September.

A Glimpse Into the Very Near Vegas Future: Brits On The Strip
Three signs of a good night: you wake up clutching a poker chip in one hand, Elvis Presley’s email address in the other, and your camera seems to have magicked up pictures of you with vodka luges and feather boas that you definitely don’t recall going anywhere near. This was our morning after the BA London-Vegas route launch party at Studio Valbonne in London last night.
Mayor Goodman was guest of honor along with his wife, Carolyn, his showgirls (six of them) and his Elvis impersonator. Two Cirque du Soleil folk were doing acrobatics around the room, Rain DJ Paul Oakenfold was on the decks, and everyone was in the party spirit – including the waitress who was so sozzled that she fell over as she was taking a picture of us with Elvis.

Mayor Goodman and His Girls Have Landed In London; Mel B Confirmed for the Party
The mayor has landed! Oscar Goodman and his showgirls arrived in London today in preparation for tomorrow’s party celebrating British Airways' direct London-Las Vegas flights which launch on Sunday. Good thing they put them in business class, what with those head-dresses.
And here’s Mayor Goodman looking pretty perky, considering he’s straight off a red-eye (we’re guessing from LA, unless they laid on a special Vegas flight for him. Which we wouldn’t completely disbelieve). The suits are (L-R) Rossi Ralenkotter, CEO of the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority, Mayor Goodman, and Richard Tams of British Airways. Loving that black cab – and hoping it was taking him to Buck House to meet the Queen…
In still more happy news, those nice bods at BA listened to our plea to get Mel B along to the bash – she confirmed this afternoon. That’s what we call customer service. Now if they could only abolish their ridiculous seat-booking charges, we’d love ‘em to bits. Any chance of you hearing us on that one, chaps?

Is Mel B Leaving Peepshow Already?
After a short 12 weeks, ex-Spice Girl Melanie Brown’s initial contract to star in Planet Hollywood’s burlesque revue “Peepshow” is reportedly finito and it’s not being renewed.
Various obscure ABC news affiliates west of the Mississippi somehow got hold of this information and were reporting it yesterday. According to these various accounts, Scary Spice is not pleased about this development.
Meanwhile, no one from the Mel B camp has made an official statement to confirm or deny the news of the ouster. All we know for sure, as we reported previously, is that ex-“Girl Next Door” Holly Madison will be replacing Mel’s former co-star Kelly Monaco, whose run with Peepshow ended after three months.

Peepshow Gives The Audience More Than Just A Peep...
Mel B. sang and shook her thang on stage all while she was a Spice Girl; Kelly Monaco won the first season of “Dancing with the Stars,” the season that got America hooked. Now, both women are dancing, shimmying and showing a whole lotta skin in their next stage venture – main characters in Planet Hollywood's new burlesque show Peepshow.
This song-and-dance burlesque show actually has a plot – lonesome, single gal Bo Peep (Kelly Monaco) enters a dream world where the Peep Diva (Mel B.) and her burlesque dancers show Bo how to get what she wants from a man. The entire show features acts that are based on fairytales – updated, of course, and featuring modern songs also, like Ginuwine’s “Pony,” The Commodores’ “Brick House” and Christina Aguilera’s “Ain’t No Other Man."
There are even a few guys in the show. Yes, they’re minor characters, and they don’t exactly bare all, but their bodies are exposed and it's certainly easy on the eyes.

Sneak a 'Peep' at Peepshow with Mel B. and Kelly Monaco
The boobies are back!
Showgirl lovers, rejoice! Folies Bergere may be gone, but Peepshow, the new production currently in previews at the brand-new CHI Theater at Planet Hollywood, is here to fill the void.
Peepshow stars "Dancing with The Stars" alums Mel B. and Kelly Monaco (of Spice Girls and General Hospital, respectively). Previously, these ladies were suffering from plummeting Q scores until they showed the world (aka senior citizens of America) that they could dance a variety of dances as well as withstand daily fake tanning sessions. Plus, they looked great in sequins and sparkles.
Now the girls are putting their talents to use in this new cabaret-style adult Vegas show spun from a nursery rhyme. Little Bo Peep, whose titular--yes, we said titular--character is played by Monaco with Mel B. as her foil, the villainous emcee, Peep Diva.
