The New 'O' Spa at TI Wants You To Look Like Ukranian Beauty Queen

Ukranian beauty queen, model and actress Oleksandra Nikolayenko-Ruffin is drop dead gorgeous, but does she really have the caché/recognition to design and run a self-named spa?
