Are These the Five Most Polarizing Vegas Personalities?
Girl on the right: He's the love of my life. Girl on the left: What. A. Tool.
As we said yesterday, we’ve been thinking about the most polarizing people in Vegas. We’re not talking about the Holly Madisons of this world, here – no one we know has a bad word to say about her. No, we’re talking about the Marmite people – the folks you either heart bad or hate with a passion. We trawled the internet, we resurrected all the feuds we can remember, and we asked you for your input on Twitter and Facebook. And here’s what we’ve come up with.

Stalking 'Top Chef Las Vegas': The M Resort's Restaurant Was Faked?

The filming for Top Chef Season 6: Las Vegas has officially ended, with the show throwing a wrap party at Blush inside The Wynn on Saturday night. But that doesn't mean chatter about the upcoming season is over.
Norm Clarke reports that while the M Resort was an official host site for the filming, the scenes for the M resort were actually shot on a soundstage in an industrial park.
"They built a replica of the (M) restaurant at an industrial park," a spy told me Sunday, a day after Bravo wrapped filming. "That added more space between the ovens, etc. so it would be easier to get around. More control over the shoot also," the spy added.
And we imagine that the soundstage was necessary for the elimination rounds and the fake pantry/storage room that they always have the cheftestants sweating out the elimination rounds in.

Stalking 'Top Chef Las Vegas': The M Resort's Buffet Studio

Rumors have been circulating for a few weeks on foodie fanatic blogs that Season 6 of "Top Chef" will be filming at the new M Resort, the one we told you about yesterday that laid off 100 workers last week. Indeed, we even heard from a very inside source of our own that the popular show's sixth season would be filming here.
But our attempts to verify what would seem to be a very simple little fact have been weirdly unsatisfying. First of all, we totally don’t buy the PR rep for M who claimed total ignorance as to whether or not the show was filming there. If you’ve ever been at a Vegas hotel when they’re shooting a movie or reality show or, heck – even a local newscast – on site, you’ll see at least one PR type standing there, cell phone to ear, babysitting the crew. No one gets to film at a property unless they’ve cleared it with the PR people. It’s house rules.
Mystifyingly, we were told by the PR person to “just call the main number and ask the operator” if the show was filming on site. Huh? The operator would know and you don’t? Again, we don’t buy it.
