Where To Find The 'Sex' Addicts In Vegas This Week

It has come to our attention that there’s a certain high profile film being released on Thursday. And if you’re not content to merely squawk and squeal over Carrie et al in the cinema, there are places you can continue without annoying the rest of Vegas too much. Not as many as we’d think (maybe they’d heard the rumblings about the film not being so good), but a few, nonetheless. Here’s where to sniff out your fellow Sex addicts.

* Wynn is holding a SATC2 Shopping Soiree of “cosmos, champagne and shopping” tomorrow from 5.30-7.30pm on the Wynn Esplanade, including ticket giveaways for a Town Square screening on Thursday. Aria To Have 'Sex' Before The Rest of Us

Hotels have been going crazy offering up Sex and The City themed packages to rabid fans of Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda but it looks like Aria Resort and Casino has topped them all.

Thanks to a partnership with Skky Vodka, "Sex and The City 2" will be shown at Aria in the VIVA Elvis theater the day before it opens to the rest of the country. Apparently, the movie will cap off a month of "Cocktail Couture" that has been going on at MGM Mirage properties where specialty Skky Vodka drinks inspired by the movie have been served up to lovely ladies and fabulous men on their way to play the SATC slots (Or so we assume. We must have been too occupied with the BoB to notice these drinks.)

Currently, the movie night and its after-party at the GOLD Lounge are invite-only but you can enter to win a VIP Getaway Package to Aria which will include not only the movie screening but a $2,500 shopping spree as well. TV Fans Geek Out for 'Sex' Slot Machines

Fanatics of the popular HBO television program “Sex and the City” had reason to geek this week, when slot machine manufacturer IGT unveiled new devices with themes from the show.

The slots, which will debut in Las Vegas and Reno early next year, were made under the MegaJackpots label, and have been accessorized with IGT's popular Multi-Level Progressives and MultiPLAY game functionality.

They enable players to wager denominations of up to $1 per credit. The machines also offer bettors a chance at five progressive jackpots and four bonus games.

With each bonus game, players will get to watch their favorite video clips (such as that insufferable "Hello, lover!" line) from the HBO series. What’s more, a video image of Mr. Big talks players through the bonus games, cheers them on and congratulates them on their wins (proving that the slot machine indeed objectifies us men as much as the television show did).
