Train Your Stomach For Restaurant Week At Wet Republic Tonight

What a lovely morning it is! The world is still laughing at Paris Hilton, and it’s the start of Restaurant Week in Vegas, meaning we can eat food we couldn’t normally afford at prices we can, while helping charity at the same time. Bonza!

Not familiar with what’s going on? Basically, from today until Sunday, 94 Vegas restaurants will be offering three course, prix fixe menus throughout the week for either $20.10 (lunch at Rao’s), $30.10 (lunch or dinner at Serendipity 3) or $50.10 (dinner at RM Seafood) per person. The proceeds go to Three Square.

Vienna Girardi is (Doubly) Single And Fabulous, Kellan Lutz is Not (Single)

D.I.E. If only we’d gone to Tao last night – it was Jeremih’s birthday party. Jeremih as in Birthday Sex man. Bet that was horrendous fun.

But at least there’s stuff going on to make up for it. Tonight, all you’ve got is Nipsey Hussle at Jet, but tomorrow’s when it really kicks off.

Vienna Girardi is hosting two parties called Single and Fabulous (think she’s trying to get her point across?) tomorrow, first at Tao Beach and then at Lavo tomorrow night. Meanwhile, Jennifer Love Hewitt is hosting at Azure pool at the Palazzo, and Annalynne McCord’s throwing a birthday bash at Wet Republic. Kellan Lutz is going to be with her. Praise the lord Wet Rep is adults only, but expect the Twihards to be skanking round MGM Grand all day (and watch out for the creepy Twilight moms at the pool).

Red Is Obviously Holly Madison's Color

Because it helped her conquer the internet as well as Wet Republic this week

Typical, isn’t it? A couple of months ago, Holly Madison was everywhere. Red carpets, special appearances, Robin Leach’s column and even real news stories. And then as soon as we decide to keep track of her movements, she tones it down. Was it something we said?

She hosted at Wet Republic on 4th July of course – and very pretty she looked too, along with Angel and Josh. Gallery helpfully provided here by LV Weekly.

That must have taken some recovery time – especially for all the techies who tirelessly worked to bring us fulsome galleries of the event. So we forgive her for going a little quiet after that.

Next, she disappeared off to LA, to see some people at MTV. Seeing as she told us last time we bumped into her (it's almost like we're BFFs) that she wanted to be a presenter, can we put two and two together and make five four? Just one thing, Holly. Don’t desert us for LA yet, we’re not ready to see you go.

She also turned up looking nice at the UFC fight, so we’ll give her that.

Rain Gets Common Tonight, Vegas Gets Pretty (If Not Famous) Ladies For the Weekend

In lieu of real celebs, this weekend Tao Beach presents dancing hostesses

Wot’s happened to all the celebs in Vegas this weekend? We understand that Kris Jenner is a tough act to follow, guys, and that Liquid has run out of Hills girls to play with, and the new Human Nature Theater must be intimidating competition, but even so, it’s a poor showing this weekend.

Today, Tao Beach is hosting a Maxim Model Search presided over by Arianny Celeste (who sounds nice, if not exactly famous), and Common (yay!) will be at Rain tonight.

But the best that tomorrow can bring is Olivia Munn at Wet Republic and Anjelica Bridges hosting a swimwear fashion show at Eve. Pretty ladies, defo, but not names that rock our world. Guess we’ll be bidding for those free Chippendales tickets after all.

Sexy Ladies And Taio Cruz Are Here To Break Your Heart This Weekend

You might like to get your loving done tonight because Vegas is bustin’ with sexy ladies tomorrow. Not only is patron saint of mammas Kris Jenner rocking it up at Eve for a Mothers Day party, but Nicole Scherzinger is performing at Pure (hmm, seeing as she’s bezzie mates with Robin Antin, something tells us to expect an impromptu performance chez Matt Goss, as happened last time she was in town).

If you’d rather see a man, Taio Cruz will be at LAX. And for daytime ents, Marissa Miller is at Wet Republic and Audrina Partridge is hosting Liquid.

Today, your lot is Gretchen Rossi from the Real Housewives of Orange County at Jet tonight, and (surprise surprise) Holly Madison hosting a "Beach Blanket Bikini Bash" all day at Tao Beach. Once she wakes up from this, that is.

Say it’s your birthday. You’re having a party – yay! And then you find out someone (who was well cool in 2004 but not so much anymore) is throwing a rival party, “in your honor”. Not cool, right?

But then we kind of knew P Diddy wasn’t cool. And this has only confirmed it – while Floyd Mayweather is hosting his official fight afterparty at Studio 54 tomorrow night, Diddy is throwing his own fight bash at Eve. How rude!* Find your own something to celebrate, Didster, cos we’re on Team Mayweather with this one (we know which side our bread is buttered, and it’s the sweaty fighter side).

The Kardashian Girls, Courtney Love and Michelle Bombshell Are Livening Up Your Weekend

Don’t get too excited, Kris Jenner won’t be there

Saturday is shaping up to be quite the celeb-starred day in Vegas. During the day, you’ve got Kristin Cavallari hosting at Liquid or the Kardashian clan (as in Kim, Kourtmey and Khloe) throwing a bash for Kourtmey’s 31st at Wet Republic. Poor Kristin - we think there’s little she can do to beat the three Ks in the publicity stakes.

And come evening, there’s Bridget Marquardt at Eve, Ice T and Coco at LAX, but our favorite by a mile, the glorious Courtney Love at Tao, which should be a treat.

Tonight? Nothing much, unless you count that slag Michelle Bombshell dancing at Déjà Vu (as in, the gentlemen’s club). According to the ad (where she’s posing in a coffin, no less), she’ll be signing at the “Love Boutique” from 9-11pm, and then “topless on stage” at midnight. Apologies if you just lost your breakfast.

The Simpson Sisters Descend on Wet Republic for Ashlee's Birthday

The weather may be cooling down for the rest of America but in Vegas, the pool party scene remains hot. Or at least lukewarm. "Lonely" Us Weekly cover girl Jessica Simpson will be in attendance at Wet Republic tomorrow to celebrate her sister's, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, birthday.

The official website also mentions "and family" will be in attendance so definitely expect Papa Joe and Mama Tina but no word on Pete Wentz. You can put yourself on the guestlist here or make a pricey reservation.

Room rates at the MGM Grand are currently going for $195 a night. However, we spied a deal on The MGM Grand's Twitter feed that has rooms for tonight and tomorrow at a bargain rate of $99 a night that includes a $25 food and beverage credit and another $25 to use at the spa. We say book it, because you shouldn't overpay to see The Simpson Sisters.

Have you perused our recent Dirtiest Pool Scenes story? Wanna experience the dirrty for yourself? One of the scenes on our list, Wet Republic, is throwing a massive party on Saturday before the Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s comeback fight against Juan Manuel Marquez. The host? P. Diddy.

Word is the event will sell-out so guests should arrive early if they want to get in. As with all pool parties, money talks. But the seating options are expensive. A small daybed starts at an insane $500. A large daybed is $750 and a cabana is $2,000. A bungalow is a whopping $3,500. Just attending the party will cost men $40 and ladies $20.

Jon Gosselin’s Vegas Pool Party (and His Mother) Are Now Behind Us

Looking for all the world like the born-again frat boy he so clearly yearns to be, Jon Gosselin schlepped the blue carpet at his party at Wet Republic wearing an untucked shirt, khaki shorts and flip flops.

We’re breathing sighs of relieve over here that the most scandalous thing he was seen to do was ”chain-smoke, chug bubbly and watch the poolside bacchanalia.” Well, that and the fact he dragged his mother, of all people, along for the fun. Really, Jon, you think your mom wants to see you embracing your new D-list, bachelor lifestyle? We doubt it.
