It Wouldn't Be Caesars Palace Without a Hangover
We were walking through Caesars Palace the other day when we couldn’t help poking our noses into the official giftshop at the entrance to the Forum Shops. We go crazy for tat, and Caesars is usually one of the best at providing it (no offence CP, it’s just your plastic Roman chariots really do it for us).
Anyhoo, in between the plastic Roman chariots we spied this: a t-shirt of the Hangover baby. You mean that joke hasn't worn thin? Not a chance. If you want it, it's yours for $22. Heather Graham, sadly, not included.

The Geeks are Recreating The Hangover At CES
Somewhere on the Strip, this was happening this morning
We always knew geeks like to let their hair down, but partying to Hangover proportions? We’re impressed. The Twittersphere was awash this morning with CES attendees logging the parties they’d been to but the one that really caught our eye came from @jpuopolo.
He started yesterday off well tweeting about “booth babes” and “cool tech”. Then he told us he was off to the CNET party at the Palms. At 2am he tweeted that “Trying to behave in Vegas is like trying to keep a fat kid away from a smartie”.
Looks like he ate the smartie. Because at 8am he made the following announcement:
I totally just lost a tooth in Vegas during a CNET party for CES - I totally feel like a character out of the Hangover
Dear Jpuopolo, we have no idea who you are, apart from that you come from Toronto, but you are officially our favourite CES attendee. And if you send us a toothless pic, we’ll give you another smartie.

Caesars Prepares For Another Hangover Next Thursday
Disclaimer: possibly not these three though
Orlando Bloom? Old news. We’ll have you know that one of People’s Sexiest Men Alive will be hanging out at Caesars Palace next Thursday. And, if you cross your fingers right, there might even be two of them.
Because next Thursday is the launch of The Hangover on DVD, and to celebrate, Warners are throwing a bash at PURE. Sexy Justin Bartha, who we last saw swanning around the aptly-named Garden of the Gods in People’s list, is going to be there. So is the lovely Heather Graham, as well as Rob Riggle, Ken Jeong and director Todd Phillips.
As for Bradley 'be still our beating hearts’ Cooper, he’s TBC (along with Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis). We’re crossing fingers and toes, but seeing as he’s off in Vancouver filming The A Team, he probably aint gonna show.
Never mind. Justin will do.

This Year's 'Sexiest Men Alive' Do It at Caesars Palace

Ladies, we know that Johnny Depp gets you ten types of hot and bothered. But, while you’re drooling over the pages over People Magazine’s "Sexiest Man Alive 2009" issue, pay close attention to the surroundings – several of the hot list studs were shot at Caesars Palace. Here’s a cheat sheet of who to look for, where to find ‘em and what the sexy fellas have to say about the Sin City property:
• Big screen blockbuster, "The Hangover" (shot in Sin City) worked with one helluva gene pool, because two of its stars made the sexiest men cut: Justin Bartha and Bradley Cooper. Bartha was snapped at the brand new "Garden of the Gods" at the Bacchus Pool, while Cooper swooned about a summer stay at Caesars Palace and the Roman Baths of Qua Bath & Spa.

How to Book The Real 'Hangover' Room

With the success of The Hangover, Caesars Palace has definitely made the most out of its huge starring role by running a "Hangover Facebook Contest" and putting together a couple of "Hangover"-inspired packages for guests.
But after watching the movie ourselves we were curious if you could actually book the villa suite that Doug, Alan, Phil, Stu, a baby and a tiger all spent the night in. It turns out the suite you see in the film is actually a fake one built specifically for filming and therefore cannot be booked. However, it was modeled after Caesar's Forum Tower Emperors suites, pictured here.

Just In Case You Weren't Sure, The Hangover Was Filmed at Caesars Palace

The Hangover (the movie, not the dreaded morning after affliction) is out in theaters tonight and Caesars Palace doesn't want you to forget that their hotel and casino served as the location for most of the movie.
We mentioned earlier this week that Caesars Palace has kicked off a Hangover Contest where Facebook users and Twitterers can enter to win a two or three-night stay there. But just in case you aren't hip to the social media tricks and would rather pay your own way, the hotel has created...what else?...Hangover-inspired hotel packages.
The Hangover Package is rather simple. Rates start at $120 a night and includes a $50 food and beverage credit. A minimum of two nights is needed.
However, The Ultimate Hangover Package seems to be the one that will create some crazy adventures a la the movie.

This is One Hangover That Could Get You Cool Stuff

This is the kind of hangover we want - no headaches or nausea and awesome prizes to win.
In honor of the new movie The Hangover out this Friday (think Old School in Las Vegas) starring Bradley Cooper, Justin Bartha and Ed Helms, Caesars Palace--where most of the movie takes place--is having a giveaway.
It's this simple: visit the Caesars Palace Facebook page, become a fan, write something on your own Facebook profile about Caesars and/or The Hangover, and then write on Caesars' Facebook page letting them know that you did.
You'll be entered in their drawing to win one of five grand prizes, a three-night/four-day Hangover Vacation Package or one of 25 first prizes for a two-night/three-day package. And you'll be staying at Caesars Palace...duh.
It's easy enough to enter (you can even do so on Twitter) and hey, you could get lucky and win! But if you do, try not to let what happens in The Hangover happen during your Vegas vacation. Getting one of your two eye teeth knocked out is bad, but waking up to find someone's baby in the room? Strange...and not a responsibility you want in Vegas.
